Do you have technical understanding, like to get involved yourself, and prefer finding a solution to talking about a problem for a long time? Then this could be a good fit for you.

We are looking for reinforcements for our production team at our cable assembly plant in Arnsberg.

After a structured training period, you will take responsibility for our cutting, stripping, and crimping machines. You will set up the systems for new orders, ensure that series production runs smoothly, and resolve minor malfunctions yourself.

And because we are planning for the long term with you, the future looks even further: You will also support us in the maintenance of our machines, equipment and operating facilities.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

This isn't just a maintenance position. You'll be actively involved in production, working on your own machines, setting them up, and independently processing production orders. So you should enjoy not only setting up machines and troubleshooting, but also actually producing on them.

You have a technical education or relevant professional experience, for example as:

• Locksmith

• Mechatronics Technician
• Industrial electrician
