A wide variety of industries
On an area of 1,500 square meters and with 25 people, we manufacture the perfect connection on 45 machines for customers throughout Europe.
Since 2016, our production has been supported by over 72 photovoltaic modules and thus a regenerative output of 30kWp . In summer 2024, an expansion by a further 30kWp and the installation of a 25kW PV storage system took place - this is our contribution to more environmentally friendly production.
OUR PRODUCTION
STOCKO
At three STOCKOMATEN we process all series of the ECO-TRONIC and ECO-DOMO lines and check the crimp connections with a self-developed AI camera system.
This allows us to guarantee 100% testing even without using a test board. In this way, we fulfill our obligation to deliver flawless, original-condition connector cables.
Currently being processed: ECO-TRONIC grid 2.5mm & ECO-TRONIC pro grid 5mm
In planning: ECO-TRONIC grid 1.5mm
In addition to these circuit board edge connectors, we also process various crimp contacts from Stocko Contact.
Micrographs ensure a gas-tight crimp, and crimp heights and pull-off forces are evaluated during individual testing.
Cable harnesses and assemblies generally undergo extensive individual testing.
AI-based defect analysis ensures correct coding according to customer requirements. A 100% electrical inspection is also offered.
To ensure a consistently high standard of quality, only tested products from companies including the following are used:
Adels, Binder, BJB, Stocko Contact, TE TYCO Electronics AMP, JST, Lumberg, Lear, Marquardt, Molex, VS Vossloh-Schwabe, WAGO and Wieland Electric.

Kabel-Technik HOVEN manufactures individual strands, cut pieces, supply cables, cable harnesses and assemblies. All cable types are offered as ring and coil goods, larger packages are also available as drums and barrels.
FEP and transparent cables in particular are in high demand.
The delivery program also includes ignition cables, control cables, coaxial braids, steel cables and insulating hoses in your desired lengths. Protective contact and Euro plug supply cables are installed with an intermediate switch of your choice.
We also have various LED distributors in our range.
